Quality Control Policy
HATADA. Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of sophisticated rubber components, has stipulated the following policy outline for all company employees in order to help them achieve continued customer trust and satisfaction.
1. The Company will endeavor to ensure a high level of quality in order to provide products that maintain customer satisfaction.
2. The Company aims to improve customer satisfaction.
3. The Company will teach employees about the value and significance of their positions, and the necessity of constantly trying to improve efforts.
4. We will establish internal quality standards and review these on a regular basis.
5. The Company will establish a quality management system that satisfies both its social obligations JISQ9100 and ISO9001 requirements, and endeavor to continually improve the effectiveness of this system.
6. We observe customer requirements ,laws and it's ordinances which will be applied.

Environmental Philosophy
HATADA. Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of sophisticated rubber components, realizes its social responsibility to preserve the natural environment, and takes this into consideration when conducting corporate activities.
Environmental Policy
1. The Company has established an environmental management system based on making continual improvements wherever possible through corporate activities and preventing environmental pollution.
2. In view of the Company’s corporate activities, we will establish environmental targets and standards based on the following concepts, and review these on a regular basis while systematically carrying out corporate activities.
○ Natural resource saving to prevent global warming
○ Promotion of the 3R’s through effective resource use
○ Give priority to the introduction of environmental goods
○ mprovement of chemical substance management and usage control

* The 3R’s are “Reduce,” “Reuse” and “Recycle.”
3. The Company will observe all environmental laws and regulations as well as all other requirements agreed to by the Company.
All employees are to familiarize themselves with this document in order to increase their understanding and awareness of the Company’s Environmental Policy. If necessary, this document may be publicly disclosed.
