Corporate History
April 1955 Established private limited company, Hatada Rubber Mfg. Corporation, in 1-1260 Denenchofu, Ota-ku, Tokyo, with paid-in capital of 2 million yen
August 1959 Moved to 46 Imaizumi-cho, Ota-ku, Tokyo
April 1966 Town name change led to address change to 2-1-20 Yaguchi, Ota-ku, Tokyo
January 1992 Increase in paid-in capital to 10 million yen
February 1992 Company name changed to Hatada Co., Ltd. due to reorganization
January 1993 Head office/factory moved to 2-35-18 Minami-rokugo, Ota-ku, Tokyo
March 1997 Commencement of metal mold manufacturing at Yaguchi Plant
July 2001 Lab. 21 newly established at 3-20-11 Minami-rokugo, Ota-ku, Tokyo
August 2001 Manufacturing of metal molds shifted to Lab. 21 from Yaguchi Plant
